For Better…
“A great man is always willing to be little.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

I have reached the final gift of gratitude. I am sure some of you have been waiting for this one. And this one will test my powers to just “let it be” because John has requested that I do not write about him. I pushed encouraged him just a little, but he was emphatic.
He could not think of a symbol, and he said didn’t want to give me something to just give me something. I have determined that the intangible of time is his symbol. John, I can’t thank you enough for respecting me, my desire to do this, and your willingness to support me as I do it. I am incredibly fortunate, blessed, and grateful.
And so I may have said too much already, so I must stop here. As much as I would like to go on, I need to honor his wish. It’s okay, though, because I know you all know John.
Note: He didn’t mention pictures.
